Kinwell Trading Company Ltd is the authorized distributor of QUADRO and operator of quadroshop.hk in Hong Kong SAR. KTCL has been the leading toys and school supplies vendor in Hong Kong since the 1970s.

Shipping and Handling

1. $150 Delivery charge for orders less than HK$300.
2. Free shipping for order over HK$300 within HKSAR.
3. Free shipping is not applicable to remote areas, restricted areas, outlying islands and road which prohibited truck weight 5.5 tones or above. Please contact us for delivery arrangement and fee in those areas.
4. For building without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of HKD$50 per floor, up to 8 floors.
5. There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be reschedules in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.
6. In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via SMS/phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.
7. To reschedule delivery, please email to info@quadroshop.hk at least 3 working days before delivery.
8. Special delivery arrangement shall apply during the COVID pandemic.
9. Shipping outside HKSAR can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact us for details.
10. Quadroshop.hk reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

Delivery Schedule

1. Upon purchase, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible and normally will be delivered to you within seven business days in the HKSAR. If we encounter problems, we will contact you. If you have special requests, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
2. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you for back order arrangements or cancellation arrangements.

Return Policy

1. Once purchased and delivered, the items cannot be returned.
2. Short-shipped or defective items will be replaced.
3. Short-shipped and defective items should be reported within 1 days after delivery is completed.

Payment Methods

We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard (powered by Shopify)

By placing an order using one of the above Credit/Debit card and online payment methods, you confirm that the Credit/Debit card(s) account used is yours of that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
